In 1992, Gayle earned her law degree from Western University Law School and was called to the Bar in 1994. She furthered her legal expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws degree from Sydney University in Australia in 1996.

Recognized as a trailblazer in Ontario’s medical malpractice legal sphere, Gayle previously presided as the President of the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto in 2022-2023 and is a member of the prestigious Holland Group, showcasing her dedication to the field and her commitment to fostering professional excellence.
